Description of Services

 

  • The contractor shall assist in the financial, administrative, and management functions.  These include assisting in the preparation of financial reports, financial funding documents, and correspondence. 

 

  • The contractor shall research/analyze financial and production information via Working Capital Fund Systems to properly close out Job Order Numbers (JONs), validate End Item Sales Price (EISP) detailed information, confirm material replacement percentages, investigate material overages, and reconcile outstanding equipment documents as needed.

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Must be a US citizen with a valid US passport and possess or obtain a SECRET clearance.

 

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree OR five (5) years’ experience in accounting, finance, economics, or a logistics related discipline. 

 

  • Must have the ability to properly utilize advanced analytical techniques needed to conduct complex studies and analyses. 

 

  • Experience must include using Working Capital Fund specific computer systems, knowledge of the correct processes associated with Job Order Number (JON) close‐outs, as well as detailed knowledge on End Item Sales Price (EISP) development/validation.

 

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is required. 

 

  • Prior experience in DoD governmental budgeting/finance is preferred.
