Dallas, Texas: Today, Rising Star Resource Development Corporation (Rising Star), a 501(c)3 nonprofit and Authorized AbilityOne Nonprofit Agency (NPA), announced a strategic partnership with H4 Enterprises (H4), headquartered in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This collaboration under SourceAmerica’s new Mentor-Protege Program under the AbilityOne Program will provide executive search and staffing services to meet the data management, data analysis, reporting, training, field deployment, equipment procurement, management, security, systems development, and integration missions of the federal government agencies.

H4 Enterprises is a Small Business Administration 8(A) and Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (CVE), led by Founder and CEO Dr. Stephen Hunter. Dr. Hunter, a retired Army officer with over 27 years of service, has led H4 Enterprises for sixteen years. “The partnership between Rising Star and H4 Enterprises signifies a significant stride towards leveraging collective corporate strengths to deliver unparalleled service excellence to federal agencies.
