Physical & Mental Health: How to start your day a healthy way.




Be productive, create innovative ideas, and explore new opportunities are experiences we encounter in our everyday life. To be at our full capacity, first we must practice healthy habits that will exercise and replenish our Mental as well as Physical Health. Only you know your individual limits, but we all know exercise is an essential factor when it comes to keeping yourself healthy.



Tip #1 - Eat, Drink & be merry.


Healthy eating can be difficult if you are not aware of what and how much you are eating. Eat 3 meals a day that are rich in minerals, and vitamins to help restore your energy; try not to overeat but instead eat with room left for dessert. Stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water make sure the body is replenishing.

Tip #2 - Mental & Physical Exercise.


The thought of going to the gym daily can be overwhelming, instead when you wake up drink an ice cold 8oz glass of water and stretch with breathing exercises, (yoga) step it up by walking or jogging. This helps keep your blood flowing, your muscle joints from getting stiff whether behind the desk or hands on work.

Tip #3 - Quiet the mind & body.


Being in silence gives your body & mind a chance to recover, not thinking about or doing anything just sitting in a peaceful atmosphere. - Take time for yourself every day.


Tip #4 - Prepare.


Writing out your goals for the day, helps create order mentally & preps the physical to be able to seize the day.


Tip #5 - Recharge.


If you're a family person your job is never done. After a full day of work, be sure to reset and recharge. Eating, Drinking Water, Stretching before bed, getting 8 hours of sleep.
